What do I do if something I want is out of stock? How soon will it be back in stock.
It depends. If an item is selling extremely well, we will order more as soon as possible. If you are concerned about the time frame, please feel free to reach out to Tour Guide Shania at support@miniaturemadness.shop
Can I return an item if it is too big, too small, etc.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items purchased due to customers not reviewing product descriptions. All products sold by Miniature Madness come with a color picture, description of the miniature, the size, color, and age appropriateness. Customers are encourage to review this information prior to purchase.
How soon can I expect to receive my order?
We ship items out within 1-2 business days. How soon it arrives at your doorstep depends on the postal service in your area.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
What do I do if one of my miniatures arrives broken?
Contact our Tour Guides and we will replace your broken item. We strive to take extra care with packaging so this doesn’t happen!
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can wait with bated breath for your goodies to arrive!
What if my package is lost?
You would use your tracking number to contact the carrier service to identify the issue. We do not insure that products if the package is lost in transit.
What if I placed the wrong address on the order form?
Contact Tour Guide Shania at support@miniaturemadness.shop as soon as possible. If we ship out your package to the wrong address and it is returned, we will charge an $8 fee to ship to the correct address.
If you entered an address incorrectly (such as an old address) and it was shipped to that address, we are not responsible for the replacement of the package.
